Shipping & Returns

Please choose carefully when deciding to order a print as they are limited editions and all sales are final.

All orders are packaged and posted by me. Artwork is wrapped in acid free tissue paper, sealed in a clear plastic bag (made from intert BOPP plastic, they are acid free bags perfectly safe to store your artwork in for lengthy periods) with a backing board and shipped in a rigid A4 or A3 mailing envelope or in a mailing tube to ensure your print is protected. 

Shipping via Australia Post:

Domestic (parcel & express) orders take 2–7 working days

International orders take 14–28 working days* from Australia to selected countries. Tracking is only available with some international destinations.

Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays, within the destination country, these times may vary slightly. 

All artworks are posted via regular Australia Post parcel post. If you require express postage please contact me prior to payment. 

*International buyers please email prior to payment if you require registered or insured mail. Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges. If artwork is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within a certain timeframe I am able to re-send however it will be at buyer’s own cost.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours to discuss your order via hello@withoutani — I take the utmost care when packaging each and every order to ensure your artwork arrives in excellent condition. All orders are sent via standard parcel post unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Lost and/or damaged items are very rare, and while all care and assistance is offered while fulfilling the orders, I cannot take any liability for items once in transit.

Terms of Service

I make every effort to assure the information displayed on this website, such as artwork size, medium, colour and texture, is as accurate as possible. However many physical aspects such as the dimensions of the finished artwork, may differ slightly as many of our artworks are made by hand. In addition, the colour of the artworks may vary due to a wide range of factors such as light conditions in the displayed photographs, and colour calibration of the monitor or device upon which you are viewing the item.

I respond to all customer service requests, including orders and shipment, during business hours (AEST). Requests and purchases made outside of these hours will be responded to within 1-2 business days.
